India's youth are the driving force behind the nation's future. Their energy, innovation, leadership and commitment to society play a decisive role in shaping a strong, self-reliant and developed India. Organizations that nurture these qualities among students contribute significantly to nation building. One such organization is the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP), the world's largest student organization.

I was fortunate to participate in the 78th Foundation Day Celebration and National Students' Day – Pratibha Vandan Samaroh, organized by ABVP Gautam Buddh Nagar, Meerut Province, at GL Bajaj College, Greater Noida. The event was an inspiring celebration of student leadership, academic excellence and national commitment.

A Celebration of Knowledge, Character and Unity

The programme reflected ABVP's timeless values of "Gyan, Sheel aur Ekta" (Knowledge, Character and Unity).

It was not merely a foundation day celebration but a platform to inspire students to become responsible citizens, ethical leaders and contributors towards building a stronger India.

The event brought together students, academicians, social workers and public representatives under one roof with a common vision of nation building through education.

Distinguished Guests Inspired the Youth

The programme was graced by several distinguished personalities.

Hon'ble Shri Jaswant Singh Saini Ji, Minister of State, Government of Uttar Pradesh, attended the event as the Chief Guest and encouraged students to actively participate in the development of society and the nation.

The Chief Speaker, Shri Vipin Gupta Ji, Regional Organisation Secretary of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad, delivered an inspiring address highlighting the importance of leadership, discipline, patriotism and service among students.

The programme was further strengthened by the presence of District President Shri Abhishek Sharma Ji and District General Secretary Shri Virendra Bhati Ji, whose dedication towards youth development and organizational growth continues to inspire countless students.

Recognising Excellence Through Pratibha Vandan

One of the highlights of the event was the Pratibha Vandan Samaroh, where talented students were recognised and honoured for their academic achievements and outstanding performances.

Recognising young talent not only motivates students but also encourages healthy competition, excellence and confidence among future leaders.

For decades, Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad has worked tirelessly to strengthen leadership qualities, national consciousness, social responsibility and character building among students.

Today, lakhs of ABVP volunteers are contributing towards education, social service, environmental awareness, disaster relief, youth empowerment and national integration across the country.

Under the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, India's youth are achieving remarkable success in education, innovation, entrepreneurship, startups, sports, science, technology and research.

This transformation is playing a crucial role in strengthening the vision of Viksit Bharat.

Organisations like ABVP are preparing students with the values, confidence and leadership needed to contribute meaningfully to this national mission.

A Personal Experience of Inspiration

As an active social worker and BJP karyakarta, it was a matter of great pride for me to participate in such an inspiring programme.

Interacting with dedicated students, committed organisers and respected dignitaries further strengthened my belief that India's future is bright because its youth are ready to lead with knowledge, discipline and patriotism.

Every interaction during the programme reinforced one simple truth:

When youth are empowered with values, education and leadership, the nation becomes stronger.

India's journey towards becoming a developed nation depends largely upon the strength of its students and young citizens.
