The Gram Gaurav Utsav held in the historic village of Dujana was a testament to this belief, celebrating the legacy of the great 1857 Revolt and paying tribute to the brave martyrs who laid down their lives for the nation.
One of the most significant moments of the event was the honoring of Shriman Sushil Bhati Advocate (Former President, Bar Association, Gautam Buddh Nagar), the proud descendant of Amar Shaheed Rao Umrao Singh, a warrior of the 1857 revolution. This recognition was not just an individual honor but a tribute to the valiant spirit of all those who fought for India's freedom.

The event was organized by the Gram Vikas Samiti, Meerut, with a noble objective – to unite the community, honor those who have contributed to society, and instill cultural values in the younger generation. Several initiatives were undertaken as part of this grand celebration:
