Teachers are not only educators; they are the architects of society and the nation’s future. With this belief, I actively participated in the ongoing teacher outreach and dialogue programme in Noida in connection with the Teacher MLC election.

The initiative focused on strengthening communication with teachers and understanding their views, expectations and role in shaping a stronger education system.

Connecting with Teachers Across Noida

As part of the outreach, we visited JP International School, JBM and several other schools and educational institutions across Noida.

I deeply participated in the campaign and made every effort to personally connect with maximum teacher colleagues, brothers and sisters. These interactions were not merely formal meetings; they were meaningful conversations about education, teacher welfare, students and the future of our society.

Meeting educators personally provided an opportunity to listen to their thoughts and share our vision for a stronger and more progressive education ecosystem.

Meaningful Dialogue with Shri Shrichand Sharma Ji

The teacher interaction programme was conducted alongside Shri Shrichand Sharma Ji, Member of the Legislative Council and Teacher MLC candidate.

During our visits, we interacted with teachers regarding the Teacher MLC election and discussed the importance of strong representation for the teaching community.

The participation and enthusiasm of teachers made these interactions highly encouraging and inspiring.

Sharing the Vision for Education and Nation Building

During the dialogue, we also shared information about the transformation taking place in India's education sector under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji and Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath Ji.

For me, this outreach was much more than an election-related campaign.

It was an opportunity to meet the people who shape the minds, values and future of our children every day.

A strong teacher creates a capable student. A capable student strengthens society. And an educated, skilled and responsible generation builds a Viksit Bharat.

My Commitment to Continuous Public Outreach

As an active BJP worker, I remain committed to connecting with teachers, youth, farmers and every section of society.

My effort is to reach more people, listen to their views and communicate the policies, initiatives and development vision of the government at the grassroots level.

The meaningful dialogue with our teacher colleagues in Noida has further strengthened my belief that when teachers are empowered and heard, the future of the nation becomes stronger.
